By accessing or using feedforall.org (the "Site"), operated by Feed for All, a Wyoming public benefit nonprofit corporation ("Feed for All," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including learning about our programs, requesting food assistance, signing up to volunteer, or making a donation. Donations made through the Site are subject to our Donation & Refund Policy. Feed for All is not a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization; donations are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Online donations, once enabled, are processed by a third-party payment provider, and use of that provider is also subject to its own terms.
Information submitted through our "Get Help" request form is used solely to connect you with appropriate assistance and is treated as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a request does not guarantee eligibility or availability of assistance.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding any third-party content), is the property of Feed for All or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
