Donation & Refund Policy

How we handle gifts made to Feed for All.

1. Our Commitment

Feed for All ("we," "us," or "the organization") relies on the generosity of donors to fund our hunger relief programs. We are committed to using every donation responsibly, transparently, and in furtherance of our charitable mission.

2. How Donations Are Used

Donations to Feed for All support our food distribution and hunger relief programs, including our food pantry, meal delivery, backpack program, community kitchen, and emergency food assistance. A gift of $99, for example, is intended to provide approximately one week of food support for one person. Administrative and operating costs necessary to run these programs may also be covered by donations.

3. Tax-Deductibility

Feed for All is a Wyoming nonprofit corporation but is not a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code, and is not currently seeking such status. Donations made to Feed for All are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Donors should consult a tax professional with any questions about the tax treatment of their contribution.

4. Refund Policy

Donations made to Feed for All are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a technical or billing error;
  • An unauthorized transaction made without the donor's consent; or
  • A clerical error in the donation amount.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under one of these circumstances, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction using the information on our Contact page. We will review each request in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.

5. Recurring Donations

If we offer recurring (monthly or scheduled) donations, you may cancel future scheduled payments at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will apply to future payments only and will not retroactively refund past contributions, except as described in Section 4 above.

6. Payment Processing

Online donations, once enabled, will be processed through a third-party payment processor. Feed for All does not directly store donor payment card information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how donor information is handled.
